Our registered design offers maximised space optimisation, a choice of interior layouts, and a beautiful veranda area. Our mid & top end models also include a fully functional en-suite bathroom, living area and kitchenette.
The average shepherd’s hut measures around 3.6m x 2.2m (12’ x 7’) with the shape of the roof reducing the amount of interior space available & limiting you to the centre of the hut for height.
Our Balder model measures 3.6m x 2.3m (plus veranda), with the Tees 4.7m x 2.7m (plus veranda) and the Greta (currently in design phase) a truly spacious 6m x 2.7m, making the Haven range fabulous for maximised interior space, enhanced further by the carefully designed and crafted roof curvature that runs the length of the unit.

All our models benefit from our registered design maximising interior space, the option of a handmade steel chassis, incorporate double glazed windows and have fully insulated walls, floor and roof.

We understand that every investment in your business has to be worth it in terms of suitability and payback. Each of our models is very competitively priced without compromising on materials or quality, offering you the best possible opportunity to recoup your investment as quickly as possible.
Lead times are estimated at 6 - 8 weeks from agreement of design to being delivered to site, fully constructed.
Need advice on planning permission?
With the Ellipse Leisure Buildings’ Haven range planning permission may not always be necessary and can fall within the boundaries of permitted development. We do always recommend that you seek advice either from the CLA, who offer free information and advice to their members, or your local planning authority, particularly if you are situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, National Park or Conservation Area.
